Pay: $20-$23/hour ($50,000 to $65,000 per year including overtime)

About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused individual to join our feed mill team. As a Feed Mill Operator, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality feed by operating and maintaining mill equipment, monitoring feed production, and ensuring accurate batching and mixing.

Key Responsibilities
Operate feed mill equipment (roller mill, mixer, conveyors, load-out systems)
Accurately batch and mix feed using computer software
Monitor equipment and feed quality throughout the production process
Perform routine maintenance (greasing bearings, replacing belts, etc.)
Load finished feed into trucks accurately and safely
Maintain cleanliness and follow safety, sanitation, and biosecurity guidelines
Record inventory, production data, and quality control information
Communicate and coordinate with team members, drivers, and supervisors
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous feed mill, manufacturing, or ag experience is a plus
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
Comfortable operating machinery and following instructions
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team
Basic math skills
Committed to safety and consistent production standards
Physical Requirements
Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs/ladders for extended periods
Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, or outdoor environments
Schedule
Full-time, may include overtime, weekends, or shift work during peak seasons
