Location: New Albany, IN
Schedule: Full-Time (local)
Pay: $45,000 - $60,000/year

Job Summary

We are hiring a Truck Driver to support local agriculture by delivering fertilizer, chemicals, and grain throughout the region. The Truck Driver will operate Class A/B CDL vehicles, maintain accurate delivery records, and follow all DOT and safety standards. This Truck Driver role offers consistent full-time hours, local routes, and year-round driving.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver fertilizer and chemical products during the farming season

• Haul grain during the off-season

• Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and required paperwork

• Follow DOT regulations, FMCSR guidelines, and company safety rules

• Communicate daily with dispatch regarding routes and updates

• Perform basic truck inspections and report maintenance needs

• Assist with general duties as needed

What You Need

• Valid Class A CDL

• Agriculture or farming experience preferred but not required 

• Understanding of FMCSR and safe driving practices

• Basic mechanical knowledge for truck checks

• Ability to follow procedures and work independently

• Basic computer/recordkeeping skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
