Partner closely with agronomy, grain, energy, and animal nutrition teams to ensure seamless service.
Identify issues, opportunities, or service needs and communicate promptly with operations and location management.
Provide responsive, solutions-focused customer service and support growers through issues or concerns.
Stay aligned with organizational sales strategy and communicate adjustments to customers where needed.
1–3 years of experience in agronomy sales, crop advising, or related agricultural customer service roles preferred.
Working knowledge of crop production systems, soil health, corn/soybean growth stages, and basic agronomy principles.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with growers.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts, visits, and follow-ups.
Comfortable learning new technologies, digital agronomy tools, and software systems.
Strong analytical ability and confidence in making data-informed recommendations.
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make sound decisions in the field.
Willingness to work extended hours during seasonal peaks and travel within assigned territory.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Ag Business, or related field preferred.
Equivalent experience considered.
