Job Title: Facility Operator/Laborer
Pay: $18-19/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain equipment used in grain handling, agronomy, and facility operations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting grain, feed, fertilizer, and crop protection products.
• Perform general labor duties including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs around the facility.
• Safely operate forklifts, loaders, and other equipment as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with patrons and coworkers.
• Support seasonal operations, including extended hours during planting and harvest.
• Assist with inventory management and record keeping.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in agriculture, grain handling, or equipment operation preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
