Operations Manager

Career Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the staffing, budgeting, asset allocation (equipment and facility maintenance), and inventory control.
• Must have grain merchandising or grain accounting experience, or have the ability to learn quickly to manage all aspects of merchandising for the near future.
• Ability to provide continued customer service to maintain current customers.
• Excellent accounting skills.
• Handle all payroll and employee relations.
• Responsible for communicating with staff concerning pertinent corporate directives and policy, related regulatory expectations, employee safety requirements, and other information as directed by corporate.
• Operate farm machinery.
• Utilization of hand and power tools, as well as troubleshooting.
• Follow all rules and regulations as required.

Are You Qualified?

• Previous experience in grain merchandising.
• Previous grain experience.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test.
