Responsible for the staffing, budgeting, asset allocation (equipment and facility maintenance), and inventory control.
Must have grain merchandising or grain accounting experience, or have the ability to learn quickly to manage all aspects of merchandising for the near future.
Ability to provide continued customer service to maintain current customers.
Excellent accounting skills.
Handle all payroll and employee relations.
Responsible for communicating with staff concerning pertinent corporate directives and policy, related regulatory expectations, employee safety requirements, and other information as directed by corporate.
Operate farm machinery.
Utilization of hand and power tools, as well as troubleshooting.
Follow all rules and regulations as required.
