Career Responsibilities:

• Oversees and directs daily operations, the entire feed manufacturing process, and the delivery process.
• Ensures quality products are produced in a timely manner.
• Communicates expectations, provides leadership and clear instructions, and coordinates the entire production and delivery cycle.
• Schedules and oversees equipment and delivery fleet maintenance.
• Establishes and maintains an effective inventory control system.
• Performs maintenance on machinery and equipment with hand and power tools as needed.
• Communicates and works with sales and accounting teams to complete the ordering and billing process.
• Supervises, trains, and leads the feed mill operations team.
• Completes and maintains all records for production and transportation.

Are You Qualified?

• Previous experience with any of the following:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field, OR 2-5 years of feed mill operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test.
